1- How to upload your contribution

Once your abstract has been accepted, you will received an e-mail with the subject: Your abstract "Your Title" was accepted". You will then be able to upload your contribution through your account when logged in (menu MANAGE ABSTRACT -> YOUR ABSTRACTS - UPLOAD CONTRIBUTIONS).

Scroll down to your abstract and click on "Upload contribution"

If your contribution has not been uploaded, please do it as soon as possible. You will also be able to modifiy it during the week through your account on https://meetings.aviso.altimetry.fr/.

2- Format of your contribution

All presentations will need to be provided in pdf format, but without any prerequisite template.

However, since there will not be oral presentations, you will need to assemble your presentation so that it is sufficiently commentated to be understandable to all readers. You can for example use PowerPoint with comments and export it to pdf (see example here).

3- Duration of the splinters' forums

The splinters are organized as forums and are active all week long (19-23 October 2020) so that participants can interact regardless of their time zone.

Update: The forums will remain open two more weeks (until November 6th)

4- Access to the splinters'forums

You will need to have an account on https://meetings.aviso.altimetry.fr/ to enter the forums in order to see the presentations and ask questions to the authors.

You don't need to have submitted an abstract to access to the forums.

If you don't already have an account, click on "Subscribe" to create and set-up your account.

Sign in to your account and a "FORUMS OSTST 2020" menu will appear on top of this page, click on "FORUMS" in the pull-down menu. You can then navigate to the forum you want to enter (organized by splinter's name).

5- How to use the splinters'forums
